Coach Joel's Way Youth Fair Play Coaching Platform is built on the belief that data should support fairness, respect, and growth.

This Code is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

Coach Commitments

By using the Service, coaches agree to:

  • Use data responsibly and ethically
  • Treat all players with dignity and respect
  • Communicate decisions transparently and constructively
  • Avoid favoritism, retaliation, or misuse of platform data
  • Recognize that data complements, but does not replace, human judgment

Enforcement

Violation of this Code may result in suspension or termination of platform access. Violations may also be treated as violations of our Acceptable Use Policy. For information about account termination, see our Terms of Service.
